WHAT IS MOPS? - MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers and exists to encourage, equip, and help women become the best moms that they can be! Women who are pregnant or have young children (birth through kindergarten) are all invited to join MOPS. MOPS provides an opportunity to meet other moms and make the journey of motherhood together. We share our experiences, learn from one another, and support each other. MOPS meetings are a wonderful place to build friendships and have fun with other moms. In other words, it's a playdate for moms!
WHAT DO WE DO? - At each of our meetings, moms enjoy a chance to socialize over brunch and a hot cup of coffee. We have a short time for announcements, followed by a speaker and a creative activity, plus a small group discussion that allows you to get to know other moms more closely.
IS THERE A FEE? - There is an annual membership fee of $85, which can be paid all at once or in two payments of $50 and $35 each semester. Scholarships available.
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS INCLUDE - International MOPS membership, Subscription to MomSense magazine, Inspiring books written for moms, Weekly Mom-E-Mail, Local MOPS meetings and events , Free childcare during MOPS meetings

IS CHILDCARE PROVIDED? - Childcare during all meetings is provided free of charge through the MOPPETS program. . We provide a fun, nurturing environment for your kids to play and learn while you take a well-deserved break!

If you are interested in volunteering in the nursery area for MOPS or in sponsoring a MOM by helping with the MOPS dues please contact Janet Schilling as soon as possible. What a wonderful service unto the Lord; by volunteering or sponsoring you will help keep our dues low to allow every mom who needs to be encouraged participate in MOPS.
