MUSIC MINISTRY
This area of ministry involves adult men and women in the growth and development of vocal and band worship leaders. The Group will join the worship leadership team and provide special music during worship services and other activities. The Praise Bans is always looking for men and women with experience in solo, small group performance and instrumental talent to meet and prepare on a regular basis to assit in worship leadership. The requirement to be apart of the ministry, you must be a member of LCC for at least 6 to 9 months. And you need to have a good voice or be skilled in playing a musical instrument. You should be a person who connects with God through the art of musical worship.
LifeChoir is a great ministry opportunity for all of our new members. This exciting musical group leads in worship during our 10:30 a.m. service each week. LifeChoir also shares during the 9:00 a.m. service one Sunday per month with that service usually being on the first Sunday of the month. There are two rehearsal opportunities each week. The Wednesday evening rehearsal begins at 6:30 p.m and the Sunday afternoon rehearsal gets underway at 4:45 p.m. Both rehearsals cover the same music so you have the option to choose the time that works best for your schedule. The ability to read music is not a requirement and you do not have to audition to become a part of this group. We feel that this is a great opportunity for husbands and wives to serve together. You are invited to become a part of this exciting music ministry as we work together to serve Him with our talents.
