Women’s Ministry of Life Community Church exists to encourage and equip women to grow in Christ and become more conformed to His image. As we become more conformed to the image of Christ, the natural result will be an overflowing of His love and grace into the lives of others.
The Purpose Of Our Ladies Ministry
“And we proclaim Him, admonishing everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone complete in Christ.” Colossians 1:28 Our purpose is to honor God by pointing women to Him and equipping them toward maturity in Christ. It is our desire to provide opportunities for fellowship, discipleship and ministry as we seek to make a difference in our community.
Tuesday NIGHT Bible Study
Meets every Tuesday night upstairs in Life Community at 6:30pm
A NEW format for the Tuesday Night Ladies Beth Moore Bible studies begins. To accommodate our busy lifestyles we are stretching the weekly Beth Moore format into two easy weeks so there is time for great discussion, fellowship and prayer. Join us as we study John, The Beloved Disciple. You are gonna love this one!!! Remember January 25th at 6:30pm.

Thursday MORNING Bible Study
We are beginning Knowing The Man Jesus: A Study Of The Gospel Of Matthew. Join us on Thursdays at 9:30 to 11am. Childcare provided with reservation. Call Jessica Wright for childcare reservations at 266-6725. The Bible will be our textbook and homework will be assigned so you will be prepared for class discussion the next week. There is no fee for this class. Tami Carr will be the teacher. Call her at 202-2141 for information.
InAsMuch Ministry
Is based on Jesus’ words: Inasmuch as you have done this unto the least of these my brethren, you have done it unto Me. In the past, we have partnered with Pathways and Open Door Ministries to feed breakfast or lunch to the homeless. This is a wonderful opportunity to put hands and feet to God’s Word. Details will be in the church bulletin. This ministry is in need of a coordinator.
Holiday for Her
This is an elegant and evangelistic event that has become one of the favorite evenings for the women of Life Community in November. Hostesses decorate tables to represent various holidays and special events and the gospel is presented in a simple and clear manner by the speaker each year. Holiday for Her provides an environment that any woman would enjoy! Sign up to be a hostess and invite your friends!
Ladies Retreat
There’s nothing quite like getting away for a weekend with friends! LCC Women’s Retreat is designed to provide an atmosphere where you can meet with God in an intimate and personal way and meaningfully connect with others as well. New and exciting things are happening in our Women’s ministry as God is building up a multitude of women with a passion and commitment toward the things of Christ. We are seeing transformed lives emerging as we apply the Living Word to our daily walk. We are praying that God will enhance the Women’s Ministry of Life Community with small Bible study groups for Upwards moms, prison ministry, an interactive and updated web site, “Living in a Zoo” home study groups, and many more exciting avenues to connect hearts. Please ask the Lord where He would have you serve and participate.
