AUDIO MINISTRY
Audio Ministry is a very vital ministry at Life. We are involved as a team in every aspect of the weekend worship experience: Band, Vocals, Sound, Video, Lighting, Camera’s, Lyric & message presentation, & CD duplication. Many of our team are never seen but always an intricate part of the service.
Scripture reminds us: “How can they believe on Him in whom they have not heard”.
This ministry plays a huge part in the message being communicated in a clear and understandable way. If you would like more information on being a part of the stage part of the Audio ministry team email Barry for a copy of our music expectations sheets to learn more about what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

LIFEworks
Lifeworks is a ministry driven small group. A lot of times in the church we are involved in many small groups that involve the first step of discipleship (learning) but never take the growth step of discipleship (ministering). LIFEworks is all about the growth step. This small group is very unstructured; in that, the participants determine the ministry opportunities and goals for each month then we spend 3 weeks preparing the ministry and the last week doing the ministry.
It has been a real blessing to see class/ministry members excited to birth an idea, work through the details and then complete the opportunity all in a 4-6 week time frame. Watching each opportunity really connect to one or two of the members and to see them nearly single handedly spearhead the organization of the ministry has been great. To date we have tackled a few projects and are excited to see what can be done in the future.
Lifeworks has ministered to: Nursing home for Valentines day, Room at the Inn (unwed mothers) for Mothers day, Guilford County teachers at the end of the year, The Veterans Administration Hospital for Independence Day, and we are currently working with World relief to adopt a young 28 year old widow and her 1 year old daughter from the far east.

MARRIAGE MENTORS
Marriage can be a difficult journey. Many couples face huge challenges as they begin their lives together. How can our church serve the couples God has sent to us?
The key to building strong, God-honoring marriages is to provide Marriage Mentors. It is inspiring for newly married, or couples in crisis, to relate with and learn from more experienced married couples about their difficulties and triumphs.
At LIFE Community Church we would like to see God raise up a caring team of spiritually mature mentors to make a difference for Christ in the lives of couples.
