• Please read through LIFE Worship Guide and characteristics of a team member. Pray and ask the LORD if you should move forward. Fill out the Life Worship application and turn it into Greg Harris.

• Meet with Greg Harris in his office to go over the application.

• You will be asked to learn a specific song(s) with provided charts and recordings, for a private audition with Greg Harris and Greg Ottaway.

• Come to 1 Sunday morning rehearsal to observe.

• Begin a 3-month probationary period while playing on Sundays.

• Reconvene for evaluation after 3-month period to determine whether or not it’s a good fit for everyone involved.

If you make the team, there will be an annual re-evaluation for all team members to see if they are continuing to excel in all the areas listed on the first part of this document.
